56th Filmfare Awards (2011) Watch Online Free

Overview:
Filmfare celebrated the entire years hard work of Bollywood industry by awarding and appreciating their piece of work on 29th January, 2011 at Yashraj Studios in Mumbai. The show hosted by Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan was a glitzy affair with some of the biggest names from Bollywood all under the same roof.
Sonu Nigam started off the night of the awards by performing ‘My Heart Will Go On’ from Titanic live on stage. For this incredible singer the day represents a special time – 20 years in the industry.
A highlight for the 56th Filmfare Awards was Shahrukh Khan and Madhuri Dixit’s sizzling performance on stage.

Amitabh Bachchan’s tremendous service to the Bollywood film industry was marked with the ’40 Years of Greatness Award’ recognising the decades of work the great actor has contributed to Indian celluloid.
Prabodh Chandra Dey, popularly known as Manna Dey, was given the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ for his contribution to many songs and the music for a variety of films. This was his second Filmfare award, as he won his first back in 1970 for “Ae Bhai Zara Dekh Ke Chalo,” a song from “Mera Naam Joker.”
Dabangg won top film and six awards in total on the night. Sonakshi Sinha picked up the award for ‘Best Debut Actor (Female)’ giving her instant recognition in her first real role in a Bollywood movie. Abhinav Kashyap the director of Dabangg when asked about a sequel said: “Most definitely, I will be directing the Dabangg sequel.”
However, the night for acting and directing talent went to My Name is Khan with SRK, Kajol and Karan Johar all winning their respective and key awards of the ceremony.
SRK in his emotional speech when collecting his awards said: “I want to take this award for my daughter. I wanted to make her wear a red gown and walk in with me on the red carpet. But she’s unwell.”
So, another year Filmfare Awards is over and many of the popular names of Bollywood have gone home accompanied by special ‘black lady’ on the night.

Overview:
Zee Cine Awards 2011, the biggest bollywood awards event of the year is here. The Marina Bay Sands in Singapore will host the Zee Cine Awards 2011. Zee Cine Award is Bollywood’s only viewers choice award which completed its 12 years now. This year the award function is held against the stunning backdrop of Asia’s most preferred destination – Marina Bay Sands, Singapore on January 14th 2011.
ZEE Cine Awards is not being held at a huge outdoor setting but rather indoors in the Sands Grand Ballroom, which is considered to be the largest in South East Asia. It can hold a capacity of 11,000 delegates. The stage is being custom made from scratch in a way that will ensure optimum vie from each seat. The building is designed by Moshe Safdie and is grander in scale than anything that has ever been built in Singapore.
The event will introduce Akshay Kumar as the Host for the first time along with Sajid Khan. The show will have performances by Shahrukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Arjun Rampal and many more bollywood celebrities.

Episode 1 – September 6 2010
Stunt 1 – AAG KA DARIYA – This was the only stunt of the episode. This stunt was performed at 12 in the midnight. The stunt was to be performed in water at 6 degrees, wherein surface of the water was lit up with fire. The participants were supposed to go under the water and pull down maximum of 5 weights hanging on the rods below the surface. And if they wanted to breathe then they had to come back to starting point, come over the surface and breathe since the surface was all lit up with fire. Ritwik Bhattacharya performed the best, pulling all the 5 weights. Milind Soman got eliminated for not pulling any weights and staying in water for the least time.

Episode 2 – September 7 2010
Stunt 2 – KISKE MOOH LAG RAHE HO – This stunt was a head on stunt where 2 participants had to compete with each other. The stunt was to pull out worms and beetles from a rope using their mouth and put them on their respective bowls. The participants today had a choice, they could do it themselves or could ask their partners to do it. Dino Morea performed the best with 84 grams of bugs. Dino, Abhishek Kapoor, Angad Bedi, Rahul Bose, Shabbir Alluwalia, Karan Singh Grover got the safety band for doing better than their competitors.
Stunt 3 – BACHAO BACHAO MERI JAAN BACHAO – This was a duo stunt. The female partners of the 6 contestants were tied on a panel which were left in the water. The boys had to free them and then both the partners had to put the floater balloons attached with the panel on the lower side of it. Thus when the task was completed the Yellow floater would be released. 6 boys went in the water and none of them could complete the task. So the decision was made on who tried the least. Hence Manjot Singh who spent just 15 seconds trying was eliminated.

Episode 3 – September 8 2010
Stunt 4 – AAJA AAJA SADKO PE HOGI DHAN DHAN – This stunt was again a head on stunt. Since there were 11 participants left, so one of them had to be left out from performing the stunt. Which was decided by the arm wrestling competition between the winners of the first two episodes, Dino Morea and Ritwik Bhattacharya. Dino won it and decided to perform the head-on stunt. The head-on stunt was to be performed on a race track of car-racing. The stunt was that the two participants chosen as opponents were tied to a moving truck which dragged them on the track. The participant who leaves the rope nearest to the finish line wins over the other. Shabbir Ahluwalia performed it the best by finishing on the finish line. The safety bands were won by Dino, Shabbir, Armaan, Abhishek and Karan.
Stunt 5 – NAAK MEIN DAM - The next stunt which was that one partner had to take out ping pong balls from a mixture of water, mud, worms and beetles using the mouth and then drop it in a tunnel that led to tub of water and from the tub the other partner had to take them out in order of the numbers on the balls and drop it in a tube. Since Cyrus Barocha and his partner could collect only two balls, they were eliminated.
